There are actually 2 pieces to this part. One is a stainless steel channel which will hold a flexible rubber seal about 2 inches wide. I can post a pic of mine if you would like.

Contact Treasure Cove. They reproduce complete decal sets for restorations.

Sounds like you have a switch problem in the backbox playfield that is not registering.
