Quoted from Knxwledge:Is anyone there today? How is the atmosphere from the crowd?
A friend that's there said about 40 people are onsite. But he's blown away by the prices - pretty much seems to be the same with everyone.
Quoted from RyanStl:For this in the know, what is the real story with the Cosmic Carnival? Does it really just need the code?
Did it go for $2,500? I looked away. Maybe not that bad if it can easily get running.
$5100
Not sure if this was posted earlier, but a good recap of the first auction. That's a very nice amount for a weekend's work. $3.5m total for the first three days. Looking forward to the next recap.

Quoted from Juniorsc:Anyone know who or what entity is represented by bidder 1660?? Deeeeeeeep pockets……!!
I wonder if it’s Jim Blasko? He said on the Facebook feed that he bought something like 18 yesterday for his Aspire Arcade in Vegas. It makes sense since it’s dedicated to older machines.
Quoted from cait001:I tried to find this but the only article was some bitcoin interview where he mentions he is going to start one. Did it ever happen? Is it in progress?
From his post, he said it is open: Aspire Arcade, 1717 S. Decatur Blvd, open Fri-Sun. He also said something about looking for a larger space?
Quoted from bobmathuse:There's a new place in Las Vegas, Diversions Amusements. It's private, only open when having an event at this point; Joe is running one there tomorrow. Has about 25 games I think, mostly Sterns and '90's Bally-Williams. I'll check it out if I'm ever in town the right day. There's another in the works from what the locals told me, no details yet.
I'm with you - I'm intrigued.
I found this article about the guy and his comments on the arcade (scroll down to the middle where he discusses it) - https://thebitcoinstreetjournal.com/e-crypto-news-talks-to-jim-blasko-of-aspire-on-blockchain-broadcasting/
Retrofitting pinball and arcade machines with gAsp blockchain. Seems like an interesting use of technology (I hate carrying quarters). Certainly that is the area he is an expert in, and to be honest, he seemed like a pretty upfront guy in the FB chat. He was extremely happy with winning.
