My Bally Xenon has developed a sound issue. The sounds seem to repeat, almost like an echo, it seems that each sound repeats until the next sound arrives. If you leave the machine on, until the the attraction sounds come on, it sticks on the last sound which then carries on indefinitely. When the issue first started it disappeared after Xenon had been on a short while, it now seems to be permanent though. Is this likely to be MPU or sound card? My Xenon MPU looks quite poor, with battery damage and repairs to broken traces, but which hasn't actually caused problems, that is unless until now if this issue could be an MPU fault. Any suggestions anyone?
