If none of the score reels reset during the reset process, then most likely there is a connection problem between main cabinet and the backbox. Try cleaning up the Jones plug connections in the backbox. I usually use 400 grit sandpaper to clean up the plugs. Sometimes the plugs have a white chalky residue and this causes connection issues.
If the Jones plug connections are good, and the score reels still don't reset when starting a game normally, then there's a problem with one of the score motor switches (2A, 8D, 11B), or with a reset relay switch.
