When it comes to Wizard! nearly all playfields have some amount of planking due to the way the blanks were processed for the playfields. Most experienced collectors suspect that the quality of the wood was poor in various discussions I have had over the years.
When I picked up my second, this game was owned by the same person for over 35+ years, and it was well care for overall. It has a rare factory mismatch (or mistamp) of both the backbox and lower cabinet, confirmed via serial numbers with other owners. I may give the game away to new owner for his collection after I finish restoration. Presently, sitting on my rotisserie.
