When did Bally go from cloth wiring to plastic covering?

I thought by Wizard they were all plastic insulation. Hmmm

I noticed the transitions is during the 1976's.
    Captain Fantastic has some plastic.
I believe they would run out of old stock first,
then go on to use new stuck.

Wasn't that done at the change from e.m. to s.s.?
    Starting with Freedom?

In my experience there was always 'some' plastic insulation in all games - depending on the load on the wire - I may be thinking about a different manufacturer though...

Not sure when the switch to ALL plastic occurred. I will check my Nip-It when I get home and see.
