Hi Pinsiders.
When I picked up my Bally Popeye it had the message ' check switch F1 right flipper eos '. I looked under the playfield and noticed this orange wire (with the blue tape around it) wasn't attached. Can anyone tell me where it goes as both flippers work great so I didn't want to mess with it but after a month of playing; the right flipper has now stopped working. When I press the right flipper button, it'll still change the light for the loop shot from side to side but no flipper action.
Thanks.

Quoted from aeneas:

Goes to the eos switch. compare to the right flipper where it is still connected..

But there's already an orange wire attached to the left and right switches.

Do the two orange wires attach to the left flipper eos switch? Strange I only get the message about the right flipper switch.

Quoted from PinballManiac40:

Yes. It is daisy chained to the right EOS, which would not be sending a closed switch signal back to the fliptronix board.

Thank you.

Quoted from PinballManiac40:

Because the orange EOS switch is not connected, you very likely have a blown flipper fuse on the fliptronix board. The EOS switch turns off the high voltage to the flipper coil and allows the hold circuit to activate.

Thanks. I was lucky that it has worked so well for the past few months without that wire connected.
