It looks like you have some kind of Flash Gordon ROMs..... VOC FG could be Vocalizer Flash Gordon.
My understanding is that the Vocalizer only works for XENON machine. FLash Gordon, Medusa and others more modern Bally machines, used the Squack and Talk board.
