Looking at Bally Rock Makers I picked up and have a question about the transformer wiring for 115V. I’ve attached a couple of photos. In the transformer photo the black wire comes in to the fuse block and then to #1 lead on transformer. The white wire connects to #5 lead. This looks correct per label. I need to connect the green ground.
Here is where I think something might be missing. On the transformer label on the inside of the box shows lead #2 and lead # 8 as 57.3 V. Leads #4 and #8 as 53.5 V. Should there be a wire coming off lead #2 connecting to the pin somewhere or to get a higher voltage should the wire on #4 be moved to #2? I am a little confused and want to make sure this is wired correctly.

Yes, looks correct. To get 57.5 instead of 53.5 you need to move the red/white wire from where it is on terminal #4 to terminal #2. You can measure the AC at 2+8 and 4+8 with your meter before making the change.
