I have a fully LEDed TAF and I am currently thinking of a few custom light mods connected to the lights in certain inserts. How thin of a multistrand wire could be used for this with out any (bad) implications for the game?
With out being an electronics expert I assume the the draw of current, voltage and wire resistance affects the whole power circuit and the dimensions of wires are in correlation to this, what ever that would be when lowerd the consumption through the game by LEDs all over.

So, my question is like:
Would this multi-cable with thin (multi-strand)wires (compare with the 0,5mm pencil) work without harming the pins electrical circuits or melt it self through current draw for a fully LEDed TAF as i.e. chair-scoop-light-mod?

Well.... there is some math that can be done. 0.5mm would be about a 24 gauge wire. 24 gauge can max out at about 3.5amps. Figuring a LED draws maybe 30ma on the top end.

3.5amp / 0.03amp = about 115 LEDs. This is all real general estimates. I would figure out exactly what your wiring is and exactly how much the LEDs pull to be safe. Then way undershoot that number to be extra safe.

Thank you for your reply/explanation. A TAF does not have that many lights, and this thin wire is not to replace any other wires, but to connect the last few extra mods (lets say max ten in total, but in different places). According to this it should not ceate any problems. But i will try to figure out how much the inserts draw

with only 10 LEDs you should have no trouble with and i wouldnt worry about your wiring not being thick enough.
