I'm adding the TV set, but it is supposed to connect to the 5v test pin on the power driver board, mine is a new rotten dog board, and does not have test posts, just pads. I need a better source for constant 5 v power. Anybody else have any suggestions for a better hook up?
It sounds like an issue with the TV itself. If you clipped it to the test post, as instructed ( if I remember right) and the TV failed but everything else worked, I would guess the TV is at fault. A much better solution is to get a power tap for the board and not use alligator clips. DK pinball sells a great tap.
