im assuming they got said game for test as a gift. idk. ihave a whole stack of those report papers. so im pretty sure they didnt send anything off lol

When Gottlieb did that with their pins, once you submitted all of the reports, they sent you a catalog and a certificate/form to fill out and mail. Basically, all of the gifts were worth about $75.00 at the time. I did it for that ever so popular money maker (not) Caveman.
I still use the box of "silverware" I received to this day.
And no, you bought the machine; The only thing is you did get the first one in the area. A head start of 2-3 weeks over the other Operators.
