I have installed a new rectifier board. I am trying to follow the Bally schismatics however, the colors on the plans and what I have seem to be different! Can some one take a pictures of their board with the wiring so I can see. Any help would be great!

I don't have a Supersonic but looked first here: http://techniek.flipperwinkel.nl/ballyss/rep/index1.htm#pd

then here: http://stevekulpa.net/pinball/as-2518-18-wiring.htm

do you have the AS2518-18 rectifier board ?

When moving the transformer tap wires over to a new board I usually go one wire at a time so I don't get mixed up about what goes where.
