Having issues getting SS to boot and I need some help.

It has a Alltek MPU and new rectifier board.

Voltages are follows:
Rectifier Board
TP1= 5.6VDC
TP2= 218VDC
TP3= 14.5VDC
TP4=6.2VAC
TP5= 43.6VDC
TP6= Ground

Solenoid Driver Board
TP1= 5.33VDC
TP2= 183VDC
TP3= 5.2VDC
TP4= 240VDC
TP5= 14.3VDC
TP6= 5.3VDC
TP7= 5.3VDC
TP8= Ground

Alltek MPU
TP2=43.4VDC
TP3= Ground
TP4= 5.24VDC

I get 2 quick flashes off the MPU, a pause and then 6 LED flashes.

Everything appears to boot. I get no sound. None of the coils do anything (drop targets don't reset). I hit the button to start a game, ball number goes to "1" but the coil never kicks the ball into the shooter lane.

GI works fine, and even the lighting for attract mode.

Cap C23 was replaced on SBD.

I'm at a loss.....

Added note - it looks like pin 10 and 24 on J3 (Ground?) were spliced together at one point in time.....

Pin 12 on J3 (12V) was replaced because it was burnt.

Flippers work. Playfield fuse checks as good.

Sound board has 43v at TP4. Other voltages are within spec also.

I verified that I have 43v at all coils also.

Quoted from Quench:

Is the Solenoid Driver Board and Alltek aswell?
If not and it's a standard Bally Solenoid Driver board, try momentarily (split second) connecting a wire from ground to the metal tab on output transistor Q8 for example, the saucer solenoid should fire. Does it? Doing the same on transistor Q11 drives the drop target reset solenoid.
Are you able to check logic levels? Solenoid Driver Board J4 Pins 3, 4 ,5 and 6 select a momentary solenoid, and Pin 7 should go low to activate that solenoid. This same signal is also used to activate a sound (selected on pins 1, 2, 3, 4, and 12) to the sound board on J1 pin 8. You should see some activity on these pins when sounds/solenoids are told to fire.

Bally SDB....touching momentarily to ground energizes the coils.

No difference with sound board disconnected

Don't have a logic probe

Given current information, are you guys presuming my problem lies on the MPU board? Wiring?

For reference, I've tested another known, good SDB in this machine with the same results.

Quench, I'll check signal listed above this weekend and provide additional feedback.

Swapped U2 and U6 - no change. Gonna repin J4.
