Hi I am noob here we have a bally strikes and spares machine been sitting on my moms basement for 25 years not working I have a little bit of electrical experience just recently replaced the rectifier and solenoid board with all tek the machine boots up 7 blinks on the mpu makes all the bell noises and I am able to add credits with the credit switch but it will not eject the ball in to the lane and when I do it manual the bumpers still do not work but it will register points on the play field manually any help much appreciated thank you

Check the fuse for continuity that is mounted under the playfield.

Open the coin door and push the red diagnostic button. 1st push is the lamps, 2nd the displays, 3rd will fire all the solenoids. Do the non working ones fire?

I checked the fuse in the play field for continuity and it was ok, I did the diagnostics on the solenoid setting it clicked all the solenoids besides the bumpers and the ball eject also clicked a solenoid in the door

Lift the playfield and start a game. Manually activate the switch where the ball rests for the solenoid that fires the ball into the shooter lane. Does it fire?

Ok just added credits and lifted the play field I push that pin up and down where the ball rests before being ejected and nothing happens

Sorry I moved the L shape bracket on the solenoid back and fourth and still nothing does register when the ball is back in place where it sits before being ejected

Sorry misread your post after running the solenoid test. Problem most likely the connectors that attach to the boards. Most likely they need re-pinned. See:

Thanks for your help I found the weight of the wires was pulling on one of the harness on the solenoid board I clipped it up and to my surprise it ejected a ball in to the lane and flippers started working
Thank you !
