Not sure if this is repairable or not or what the problem falls under since none of the numbers or segments are missing. One of the segments flickers when it should not display anything and goes outside of the digit area if that makes sense... I believe it is a stern display. I have not yet pulled it out to look at it yet.

This is the best picture I could get of the problem

All the numbers display properly

Typically a cracked solder joint. Start by first reflowing the solder at the large connector and where the pins to the glass display is soldered in the board.

If that doesn't work, then look at the resistors and transistors for the segment and digit drivers on the board.

I'm hoping its as simple as a cracked solder joint. Maybe I am over thinking it. I will pull the display tomorrow and work on it.
