I have using the "assembly line" system of cleaning these units, and I'm having some difficulty in matching up what goes where.

I can tell that the ones that use a torsional spring have a metal ring on the end, and that the Name Unit (Step Up Reset) has a metal pin to go along with the molded pin that is on all cogs. I see that some cogs have a section missing a tooth - that stops the stepper from continuing to advance - but there are others that are not missing a tooth. I am going to guess that the ones not missing a tooth are for the Continuous Step. Is this accurate?
