Looking for information on the plungers for Early SS bally games with drop target memory.

Seem to use special coils and plungers to drop targets for the game. Used on bally Rolling stones.

His coils locked on and melted the hell out of the plungers.

it's a plunger with big stopper on the back, and nylon shaft halfway up.

Who has these and what is the part number for them?

I couldn’t find any. Ended up buying these, removed the tip, put it in a drill press and used a dremel to put the point on the end.

I think it's the same part as you'll find in the chime unit assembly.

If it's too short you can carefully drill a small hole and install a round head nylon screw to extend to the proper length.

good idea. But everytime I try to drill into hard steel like plungers. it doesn't go well for me.

I bought a different plunger from PBR. that should work and i can cut it down. Just came in today.

I bought a A-550-4 plunger. Which is longer. I'll cut it down to 2 7/8" . I think it's 3 1/2" currently.
