Quoted from perfectpixel47:

Greetings. I just had my SI shipped from my parents house to my house. We had recently moved.... and our previous house did not have room for it. Now we are working on finishing our basement..... where my SI will find it's permanent home. Hoping my 11 year old son and I can work on it together....

Love my si. Great to see you have it back and safe

Thanks everyone!
I can not believe how clean this game is. I did find one hack on the power supply, but I'll rebuild that later. Other than that, it looks exactly like a 35 year old HUO pinball machine should look!

Did a new Homepin power rectifier pcb replacement. Very easy to do if you can solder and very gratifying. Her are pix of old and new

Try adjusting the pf angle. Make it a little steeper and see how you go. I have never experienced this problem

Space invaders has a 20A fuse under the playfield. The holder looks non standard but I believe this isn't a hack

that era art loss is highly likely and a lot of the playfield is art and not sold colours. I'd leave the mylar or get a pro to remove it, touch up, and clear

Quoted from Boise_D:

A friend had a wire-bending tool, and I was able to make a decent one.
My game has mylar, but not inside the center horseshoe. I'm trying to decide between one sheet of mylar for that area (cutting out holes for the star rollovers), or buying a $110 clear playfield protector from Cointaker, which lays on top of the whole playfield. Suggestions?

On this era game I'd go the cointaker sheet. Full protection and can be removed at any stage
