Quench , thank you!! I inspected the 5V section, and found that wiggling the J3 connector engaged the coin door lockout coil. Repinned that connector, but no change, still had to wiggle connector. Sanded the male pins, removed the solder on the male connector and flowed new solder on, and bingo, everything works!
