Skill score is a lot better than Skill Parade. i personally don't think skill parade is really worth the trouble. Skill score is way cool because you get an actual score. that's what makes it cool.
I would be interested in how you convert skill derby to replay skill derby. it's a lot more complicated. and the vertical playfield is different. (lights on the right.) novelty skill derby is kind of stupid frankly. it's a bummer... needs a winning replay or at least a knocker or *anything*.
you can convert a skill roll to quarters, it's not that hard to do. mostly it's the coin entrance area that needs work.
it plays a lot different though. i don't really like it with quarters. the springs on the handles are strong enough, but it really changes the mojo.
If you want the blue a different color steve can make it anyway you like.
Also there's several different versions of the original Skill glass. I've seen a lot of variations on original glasses. could be from age. or it could be differences from batch to batch. that happened a lot in the 1950s. ink colors were inconsistent.
have a cosmetically challenged skill roll, brighton MI. pick up only. here's a video of it working. email [email protected]
