Has anyone ever had to adjust the chains on a Bally Skill Derby? I have one and I removed the horse section to see why most of the horses were not moving and I was expecting to find frozen gunked up parts from old oil/grease. The parts seemed fine. Dirty, but they moved when I manually moved them. However, I did see that most of the chains look like they have scoliosis. There is a castle nut that had no pin in it so I started to adjust that but there was also a plastic busing that might be threaded. I will have to take it all apart before I know for sure. Just hoping to find some knowledge or short cuts on adjustments. Oddly, the horse that moved was one of the crooked chains. I read on Clay Harrels web site that the motor could be shot, but the number three horse moves, so I believe I am good. Again, I haven' t dove in to far yet.
Thanks,
Larry.
