Silverball Mania
Bally, 1980So I know where I could possibly grab a Silverball Mania in very good shape, with a very good backglass, for very, very cheap. The deal breaker is there are no boards in the backbox. From what I can tell, the playfield, and everything under, is complete. My thinking is that it will take around $400-$500 to replace the boards, and I am not sure the pin is worth that. Opinions?
If the res of it is in decent shape it would bring around 800-1200 depending on condition with the new boards.
Buy it! A pinball machine with the theme of pinball. It's a great looking and playing Bally SS from the early 80s. Most of the boards can be bought for minimal dollars. The hardest part to source is the rectifier/ transformer assembly. Silverball Mania is a good playing art piece from the golden age of pinball.
