I don't see a diff either. I would call Steve at Pinball Resource and ask him to send the right one.
Those stickers look like game-specific stickers to me. One assembly is for the hole on the left side of the playfield, the other on the right. Not because they're different but because they made labels for every major assembly and probably didn't want any confusion on the assembly line.
"Hey boss, what side do I put this eject assembly on?"
"They're the same."
"Right, so how do I know which side...?"
"It doesn't matter."
"Well, if I put it on the wrong side don't blame me."
Boss calls label department...
