Hey all! I'm currently sitting here staring at the bottom side of the playfield of my Captain Fantastic. I'm going through it piece by piece cleaning and caring for things.

I started looking up one piece I need to replace, a rollover wireform, ASE-2806. Specifically a right one. Action Pinball and Marco's has it listed but it's been disco'd.

Luckily enough of the wire is still attached to do is job and trip the contact, but I really want to do this restoration right.

Any ideas how to proceed? Link below for reference.

Had a similar situation with a roll over on my Hokus Pokus (Bally). Thumbed through the Gottlieb parts catolog and saw a pic that looked identical. Called Steve - he wasn't sure - got it and twas exactly the same. Might be worth a look.

Cheers

Did you find that Gottlieb and Bally had other bits and pieces in common? I'd imagine it was the case that they'd get certain parts from the same suppliers.

Yours for free if this is what you would like. It's grungy, but will polish up nicely.

Hmmm… I think that may be a "left" wireframe/bracket. From the bottom, the tab sticking out is on the left side of the wireframe, correct?

Now that I look at it, I dont think it is a Bally mounting tab. I grabbed that pile at a show for $5.

I think you just might be onto something, Tom!

I believe I found the Gottlieb part on Marco's.
