Put some new components on a Kiss rectifier board and decided to bench test it before I plugged in the other boards. My readings were outside the limits according to Clay's site. Is this because no other boards were connected? Here are my readings:

TP1..... 8v (should be 5.8 to 7.2)
TP2..... 190v (should be 203 to 257)
TP3.....15v (should be 10.5 to 13.3)
TP4.......7.3v (exactly what it should be) This one is AC rather than DC as the others.
TP5.......50V (should be 47.6 to 48.4)

Will these readings improve when under load? I don't want to zap my other boards.

No load is a factor.. especially on the high voltage circuits in my experience.

I've also seen the 12V circuits up near 15V commonly and they do fine. I think you're good

If you REALLY want to frighten yourself, make those same measurements with your meter on AC...and wonder why it doesn't burst into flame every time you turn it on.

Agree with above. Unloaded you can see wildly off-target readings.
