    From what I can see, it looks like the switch stack may be installed on the wrong side of the metal switch mount sticking up from the baseplate. If the switch stack were on the other side of the mount, would the switches then be in the correct position to be actuated by the gear pin when the stepper is reset?

    I'm pretty sure these switches are supposed to be pushed open by the pin when the unit is fully reset (on player 1), and closed at the other three positions (player 2, player 3, player 4).
