I am trying to see the relationship between the fuse (43v) and the cap C23, (11.9v/5v reg).
Nowhere on the prints can I find anywhere the two are interconnected.
Are all the pwr supply plugs pinned correctly? Something could be crossed there.
What is the voltage at SBD J3-12? It should be 11.9. Is it 43? If it is 43, I can
see why the cap blows up.
