Little hard to tell but it looks to me the wires are backwards on the coil in your picture. To properly tell we'd need a picture clearly showing the diode orientation on the coil and which lugs have the thin / thick windings connected.
The diodes on the coils are only rated to 1 amp and there's been greater than 5 amps through that circuit to blow the fuse. Might be an idea to replace those two diodes since they were overloaded.
Quoted from mkdud:I still have to check the J3 jumper from pin 13-25 on the solenoid driver board,
An open circuit on that jumper causes all coils throughout the game to malfunction. Since the knocker and coin lockout coil are working this won't be the issue.
The problem is likely at the J1 connector on the rectifier board not providing solenoid power to the playfield. Post a clear picture of it if you can.
