From what I remember, there are two switches on the flipper buttons, one for the flipper and one for the vid grid. I was going crazy with mine trying to figure out why the vid grid part was uncontrollable, turned out to just be the switches. Make sure contact is being made on both switches. Hopefully it's that easy!
