I would stop adjusting relays now. I think you are digging a deeper hole.
On every Bally, one of the first things I do is clean each switch contact on the score motor. Strips of paper with some alcohol on them and slide them through the contacts. Then follow up with a dry slip. Do this with the machine unplugged. Next take your schematic and look at each score motor indication and compare it to the switches. If 1A should be normally closed then make sure it is making contact. Same with any normally open gap, make sure gap is open and not too much.
