Quoted from megoman:

Switches #2 and #11 on the score motor operate score reset relay #1 and #2. Perhaps one of these these is the culprit?

Motor switches 2A and 11B? That tells you where they are on the Score Motor. See:

Quoted from megoman:

Still want to address the two 15 amp fuses that are tied together on one end.

Check your schematic at grid location 2A. The two 15 amp fuses are for the general illumination strings on the playfield and in the backbox.

The schematic shows that from the transformer, power runs through two parallel (or redundant) switches on the Lock relay before reaching the two fuses. The fuses and the two switches are all connected to the blue-red wire (in red). The schematic doesn't show you how they're wired physically, just that all four end points are electrically connected together by the blue-red wire.

So yes, your game is wired correctly if the two 15 amp fuses share a blue-red wire.

Could the blue-yellow wire be a faded blue-red wire? You might get a better look if you follow it inside a wire bundle where it was more protected.
