J3 pin 6 on the rectifier board is where the dc voltage for the backbox switched lamps comes from. Blue wire. Did you re-pin that connector?

Also, check the condition of the lamp driver board connector J2 if you haven't already done so.

The user manual is available for download at ipdb.org, it has schematics, and wiring diagrams and is very easy easy to follow.
