I saw this today on eBay and I almost spilled my beer laughing:

ebay.com link » Bally Lost World Pinball Machine Translite Looks Just Like Backglass

Seriously? I owned a couple of these, not even close.

From the eBay post: "THESE ARE TOP QUALITY NOT CHEAP INK JET GARBAGE TRANSLITE REPLACEMENTS "

No, they're worse.....

Consider the source. Jeff puts out a lot of stuff but everything I have seen from him lacks in quality!

That looks kind of trippy....

Thanks for the link, im going to buy some.

I have several lost worlds with the backglass shot to bits, a reasonable translite is all most normal people who buy them from me care for, they dont give a stuff if the colors arent quite 'right'.

it beats parting them out..

Beats parting them out but why not wait till CPR can provide an accurate replacement with their new capacity?

I'd wait 10 years before I spent 150 on that abomination

I have one of Jeff's reproductions on my Eight Ball and it looks just fine. I had several people comment to me how nice it looks, especially compared to the planked cab it's in at our recent gaming expo. While not the same as a printed glass I think these are great for a sub $800 game.
