    Quoted from R8f1k:

I have come across a BAD Bally LE cabinet that needs to be replaced, but I have a nice Stern Seawitch cabinet that could be a candidate for a swap. Will a Bally playfield swap right into an early Stern? I know Stern used a lot of Bally stuff, do they share the Bally cabinet patterns?

There was a guy here looking for a stern cabinet to rebuilt his catacomb, Jr99svt I don’t think Bally & Stern’s are swappable.

Does anyone know if Bally coin doors swap?

With Stern? Not that I’m aware; Stern doors are a pain in the ass. Not even Stern arcade doors will work with the pinball doors without decent modifications Bally with Bally? Their doors stayed the same for nearly everything so they’re easy.
