I've been working on fixing up a 1975 Bally Knockout I got from a garage sale. It was pretty dirty and not restarting a game correctly when I got it. I found those issues were being caused by the outhole switch trigger holding that switch closed, so that was an easy fix. However, I haven't been able to figure out how that wire trigger should fit in it's holder, and no amount of playing with it has gotten it in a position that works. I'm wondering if the trigger installed when I got it is even the correct one, but I haven't found any images of what it should look like. I've attached images of what was there when I got it. If it's the correct piece, I'd appreciate some images of how it's oriented, and if it's wrong, where can I find one? Thanks!

It appears my trigger is bent in the opposite direction. When installed in the orientation shown, the surface that should contact the ball is away from the outhole.

It looks like you have the wrong whisker wire. Do you have any other switches not working correctly? Maybe somebody took the switches off and got the wires mixed up. Check all your roll over switches.

All other switches work correctly, and they all appear to have the correct whisker wire installed. None of the others have the small "step" that the outhole wire does. It's possible that it's been this way for a long time, since before I got it it had been setup in someone's home since the 80s. Is there somewhere I could purchase the correct one?

Some possibilities
1) The usual suppliers like pbresource probably have it.
2) You could make a new wire out of a paper clip or other stiff steel wire
3) You could move the bracket and the switch to work with the wire you have

Is yours bent or twisted out of proper orientation? Looks like it needs to be adjust back to correct shape.
