Quoted from amkoepfer:The .047 uf caps youre talking about... the schematic calls for .05, what is the voltage? Ive seen a few different ones and want to make sure i get the right parts
.047's will work fine.

Wow, you posted 2 years ago that you that you were sending it off to be painted
Ya, the owner was in charge of that. It took him awhile to find a painter i guess. Itll finally be done and out of my basement though. Hopefully soon
Quoted from amkoepfer:New side rails/lockdown bar from pinball life. New coin door skin and trim from marco. Should all be installed in the next couple days

What is the quality of the door skin?
Quoted from Toads:I thought the skirts on the pops on Kiss were translucent ?
I hope not. Can anyone else verify? On ipdb they look white to me, but im half blind

Mine are white.
Quoted from amkoepfer:Ok good, i really didnt want to have to take the pops apart
It must be my old memory fading.
I remember playing this in hamburger shops back in the day.
Probably dirty skirts I was looking at.
Quoted from amkoepfer:New skin is on. It was easy to do, and looks great. Waiting on new carriage bolts to install it.

Good to know, thanks for the info!
You getting the bolts from Gatekeeper?
Quoted from amkoepfer:Probably just marco, but ill look into gatekeeper
His bolt kits & other stainless parts are really good
Looking for a shooter rod housing for the kiss if anyone knows where to get it. The chrome front that says bally, and the nylon sleeve as well.
Thank you. I think im at the point ill be waiting on the mpu (hopefully lamp and sound boards as well) pinscore displays, a couple other little parts, and the paint to dry. I need to resolder the transformer to the new power board and rebuild a few connectors while i wait
Owner gave the ok on all new boards so they are ordered. Now i just need to find the best deal on pinscore displays. Rectifier board has been soldered to the transformer, putting it together now and will post a picture
Does anyone know what type of screw goes on the back of the powe board? Its the screw that goes from the transformer/board plate to the metal bracket at the back right of the backbox.
I thought we had a new apron but i was wrong. Looking for a nos bally apron. Preferably with the stickers but i can buy the stickers if needed

Got the light board done, hooked up the harnesses and turned it on. Blew the fuse for the g.i. instantly, but besides a bunch of switch adjustments and a couple of bulbs i forgot to put in its all working as it should it seems. I need to figure out the gate, is that normally energized to where it sends it to the outlane?
Figired out the short. When i did the light board a staple for one of the sockets was scraped against the socket base. Nice and easy. Now 75 switch adjustments and kinks to work out
