I am so glad I found this website!

I have a question regarding the center playfield on my Bally KISS -

The center K-I-S-S has 4 lines that were silk screened, and all the lettering is in great shape, however they have a slight "scooping" inward and I want to fill them slightly with auto clear before I fully clear the entire playfield.

My question is - what is the best way to prep these inserts for auto clear without sanding, since I do not want to remove the original silk screened lettering?

    Thank You!!

    Thank You, wdennie!

I am trying to find out the best way to prep those darn K-I-S-S inserts before I clear coat since I want excellent adhesion without sanding off the lettering.

The easiest way would be to level the playfield, put some clear in a small container and use an eyedropper or 'pipette' and drop it in the inserts to help level it or fill them up. Don't overfill as less is more and its easier to have to add then to remove. That's the short and sweet version.
