Proper name for that coil is the outhole kicker. If that's working the playfield fuse is good. What about the remainder of the offending coils? The 43 coil power daisy chains around the playfield on a solid yellow wire. Is the chain broken? You should be able to measure 43v at the yellow wire at each coil. If power is present, momentarily grounding the transistor tabs should fire it's associated coil.
