Ok, so I seem to be losing my mind. I have a Kiss with all new Weebly boards. New MPU, New SDB and a new Rectifier board. I have 43v everywhere but the MPU. I can’t find any obvious issue, what am I missing here?

Have you measured and traced it from source to destination?
Rectifier board J3 pin 12 to the MPU board at J4 pin 15 (Grey wire)
Maybe you've got a bad crimp.
