As others have already mentioned, pretty sure there’s something else going on there. You introduced a whole lot of new clean paths, by replacing all of those boards, that will put even more strain on older parts.
Did you redo all of the pins/connectors when you replaced the boards? To help ensure clean paths to/from the boards?
