Hi there, help required to identify fault with 1 points reel being held in reset (coil energised). Has anyone got a schematic diagram so I can trace?
Many thanks.

You mean it's doing that during start up?

Hi blightyJoust welcome to pinside.
The most likely cause is a stuck playfield switch. You can verify that as the cause by temporarily unplugging the playfield jones plugs and see the problem disappear.

... esp. if pts. are running up during the game.

It completes the reset and zero's all score reel's then player 1 score reel 1 points starts to buzz (has burnt a coil out). I will try and locate a playfield stuck switch as suggested by HowardR

You may want to check the playfield switch wiring first, and trace backwards, as there is one place to score this value, if attempting to score after ball kick out after reset, if I remember from my ruleset review.

Watch my game review video.

Start simple, work forward.
