Your rectifier board has had some bridge rectifier failures. So someone has wired up two external bridge rectifiers (terminals as you called them) to get the machine working. When you replace the rectifier board, you can remove those white wires and the two bridge rectifiers mounted to the side of the cabinet. They are not factory, someone has added them to resolve problems with your current rectifier board.
