You may have seen a recent post about me restoring a rather battered hi deal. On servicing the score reels I’ve found an unattached wire, or maybe I’ve unattached it when removing the score reel! It’s on the 100 reel and someone’s obviously done some work on it before as they’ve used a terminal to attach 2 yellow wires and then extend them on. See first pic.
I found a pic taken before I moved the score reel. I think it shows the wire attached but can’t be sure. 2nd pic.

Can any hi deal owners take a quick look and work out which switch terminals on the 100 reel the (in your case possibly 2 yellow wires belong. My machine isn’t connected up yet so I can’t test to work our where these wire come from.

Thanks. Looking at the 10 reel it looks like they pair of yellow wire, which are common got to two of the switch blade next to each other so it makes sense for this to be the same. Yes I’m going to tidy the other repair at the same time. Cheers
