I just picked up a Bally Harlem Globetrotter pin with a couple of issuesL
1st: No playfield feature lights work at all. Not during the self test, not during game play. Where should I start?
2nd: It will not kick the ball out the outhouse. Dumb question, but is it supposed to have only one ball? or should have more balls and the machine doesn't kick out the balls until it knows there are more than one ball in the chute?

Do the feature lights work on the backbox? IF not start by making sure the switched Il bus is outputting 6.3vDC on the rectifier board. If you have switched bulbs on the BB then the problem is with the Blue IL bus wire. It's probably a bad connection at the rectifier board or a problem with the wire in general. Either way you need 6.3vDC at the rectifier board and all the switched lamps.
What does the outhole kicker do in self test? It's either a coil problem or the outhole switch is not registering.
