I picked up a BGS a couple weeks ago from a fellow Pinsider. It was out of commission for a few days because of a broken flipper bushing, and I got to say that I really missed it. It's simple fun that reminds me of my childhood playing pinball in a bowling alley. I've always wanted to own a System 11 machine, but Gameshow never really crossed my radar. It doesn't get near the love of other pins of that era. Be it the artwork or the low production run or maybe that the playfield it a bit simpler than some. I can see how some people wouldn't like the theme. I think it's hilarious. I keep finding new little details in the the artwork, like the cameraman zooming in on the right slingshot plastic. I just wanted to say that I think it deserves more respect.

I passed on one for $1200 and wish I wouldn't have. It seems like a fun game and I love the Bally machines of that era.

It's a fun game. Love the game show style callouts from Keith McTeeth.

Another sys11 winner!

Such a fun game! I've been playing it even more than Metallica lately. Great colors and if you get this thing converted to LED bulbs, it's beautiful.

It has a freaking bell! Nuff said.

I have owned one for about 6 months and I love this game. It might not be a top tier pin, but it's a blast to play and they can be found for a great price. It's a great change of pace from the other pins in my collection and I'm always up for a few games on it. LED's really make this machine pop and I have mine set up so it plays fast.

Gets my vote for worst system 11. Walked away halfway through ball 2 at a show and it was clean and played well. Just not a lot going on and a meh theme.

Different strokes for different folks I guess. However, any game is hard to judge if you walk away on ball 2. I know the theme is a little cheesy, but that's part of the game's charm.

Worse than Bugs Bunny Birthday Ball?

I had one in my house for a while. I thought it was fun, and it was one of the few that my wife really liked. The simplicity helped with her, but it was complex enough for me to enjoy it too. Nudging the wheel around to set up Unlimited 2 million shots was tough and rewarding. Not too deep, but still plenty of room for skillful play.

Bugs and Gameshow both play badly, but at least Bugs has an attractive theme.
