You have a world class custom machine and you are using tattered instruction cards. Is there a reason for that?

Quoted from Rondogg:Not trolling just curious.
They are placeholders until the custom ones get printed to match up with the artwork...it is mentioned earlier in this thread..I believe Aurich is making them but he is busy with Alien at the moment.

Yeah, I've got them in progress. Kiwi Terry painted right over the card area when he did the apron, and I've photoshopped all the seams and breaks out so when the cards are in place they'll basically continue the art around them, but with text etc on top.
Quoted from Rondogg:Whew. Really is one of the top restos ive seen and the #1 custom ever.
Thanks! Hoping to get it all finished here soon and then take some nice photos to post.

Just in case you didn't see his custom Getaway machine thread:

As with most things, deadlines help me finish the small details of a project. I have been enjoying playing it and using it in a couple tournaments here at the house. However, I am taking Frontier to Arcade Expo this weekend and so the event has pushed me to finish up some details.
The backglass needed a touchup to remove a noticeable scratch. The outcome did not make me happy but it didn't make it worse either. It just sucks fixing backglasses. Hopefully I will find a new old stock or just make a custom one. Here is the process.

Quoted from Pinballlew:Will the game only be able to seen and played at the dinner?
Yes
Quoted from Cornelius:It's stunning. Thank you so much for letting people play it!
You bet!
Quoted from Pbpins:I wish I still had my NOS backglassess as I would have gladly sold you one! That game really deserves it; absolutely stunning work!
Wish you did too!
Guess I will be having dinner then...can I buy a ticket for that at the show when I get there Saturday morning? Anyone know?
Quoted from PinballMikeD:Congrats, stunning machine. I'm looking forward to seeing your next project.
Thanks! The next project is mystic. I have done magic on and off throughout my life and of course it will go nicely with Harlem and Frontier.
Quoted from jawjaw:That artwork is insane. Looks amazing!
Much appreciated!
I had to comment as I just found this thread...
Absolutely amazing job! Stunningly beautiful!
If I may... a little detail I think would be cool: decorate the flipper buttons to match the button on Kenny rogers' hat!
The game is so nice that I find the white plastic flipper buttons look out of place a bit...
A custom birch bark pin gulp would be cool too!
Congrats on a stellar restoration!
