Finishing up a Strikes and Spares, and when play testing the flipper relay on SDB will start buzzing in game play and then all the solenoids flippers go dead. Sometimes it will recover, sometimes turn machine off and one and it recovers. Seems random. I replaced the relay and it still happens. Does this sound like MPU driven or SDB issue?

I re-flowed and re-pinned the SDB J3 connector and header. Still get the random buzz and dead flippers. It still will recover. I tested the regulator and the MPU 43v and 22v and they do not dip when the issue occurs. So I do not think it is power failing. The flipper relay is new. It has the ground and 5v mods. Any other ideas?

I tried again on the SDB. I removed solder from J3 connector and then re-soldered all headers. Still would get the buzz. When this would happen I could gently push the J3 connector and it would stop/recover.

Re-pinned pin 5 (the relay) and noticed there was alot of slop in that connector pin location. I bent out the pin before I put it back the connector and also shoved a piece of thick gauge wire with solder on it in the connector hole to fill the gap and make connection to the pin. Since then it has not buzzed. I guess the proper fix would be to get a new connector, but for now this will do. Thanks dothedoo for the help.
