I was finally able to get my Bally Flicker up and running. It had several issues and wasn't playable when I got it but I am proud to say with the help of great Internet resources and some family help it is now back up and running well.
Highlights included a bonus stepper that was installed backwards, a broken relay plastic, cracked flippers, touching wires that were causing the scoring to malfunction, and coin door wires that were either broken off or cut. This is the list of highlights, but it feels like a job well done when the game is back up and working.
Without this great post on REC.GAMES.PINBALL I don't know if I would have figured out some Bally Em's have to have the coin door up and working out else they don't start. I hope that sharing this gem here saves someone time in the future.
