Hi everyone I have just come across a very clean and working Bally Carolina Cup slot machine from the 60s. Does anybody have any information on this game?

Verify that the glass is genuine Bally. Look on the back for a Bally logo and part number. Bally made a lot of custom glasses & reel strips.
There were others who did this as well.
Also, what is the complete model number with suffix letters from the machine tag?
